When I told them they brushed it off like oh that's no big deal. Housekeeping did clean it after I called but who the hell wants to check into a room that was never cleaned? Even the housekeeper said oh no this was never cleaned! Also, they had the previous guest's info still displayed on the TV. The staff was so nice and made sure I enjoyed my spa visit to the fullest. The spa is amazing and that helped turn my experience around. Now overall outside of this horrible experience, the hotel is nice. Well, it happened! When housekeeping arrived and took the sheets off a prune popped out of the bed.
Insisting they would never check someone into a dirty room. MY ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED AFTER THE LAST GUEST LEFT! Hair all in the shower! The bed was made but the sheets were dirty! I called the front desk and whoever answered was so nasty about it.
